Our Philosophy

At MyBeeHoneyHive, we believe in beekeeping that puts the health of our bees and the environment first. By keeping our operation small, local, and hands-on, we minimise our impact while actively supporting biodiversity across our community.
Our Honey
Just as wine reflects its vineyard and cheese reflects its milk, our honey reflects its landscape.
Our bees forage freely across the gardens, parks, and natural reserves surrounding the Georges River. With each changing season comes a new blend of nectar, resulting in honey that is:
- Distinct in flavour
- Unique in colour
- True to its environment
No two harvests are ever the same — and that’s exactly how it should be.
Our Process
We keep things simple — because nature already does it best.
- Honey is harvested directly from the hive
- Lightly filtered to remove wax
- Hand-bottled with care
- Never heated or overly processed
No blending. No additives. No shortcuts.
Our Commitment
We take pride in doing things the right way:
- We never over-harvest — our bees always keep what they need
- No sugar feeding during honey production
- No antibiotics
- Regular hive inspections to maintain strong, healthy colonies
